Axantia Selects TrackWise Digital to Enable Digital Quality Management Across Middle East Pharmaceutical Operations

Leading pharmaceutical group implements digital QMS to automate and seamlessly connect quality, document and training management processes

HAMILTON, NJ – DECEMBER 15, 2020 – Today, Sparta Systems announced that Axantia Cayman Holdings, a leading pharmaceutical group headquartered in Amman, with manufacturing operations in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, has selected TrackWise Digital® as its cloud-based, end-to-end quality management platform. Axantia develops, manufactures, markets and distributes high-quality branded generic pharmaceuticals and under-licensed products in 20 countries across the Middle East, Africa and the CIS.

Axantia will implement the TrackWise Digital suite for core Quality processes (Quality Events, CAPA, Change Control), Complaints Management, Supplier Quality Management, Document Management, and Training Management to integrate quality processes and data across its manufacturing operations and suppliers.

“At Axantia, one of our core values is developing and manufacturing superior quality pharmaceutical products. We needed a solution that would support the high-quality standards that we’ve set for serving our customers. Having successfully administered over seventy internal and external audits in different countries, I saw firsthand that the TrackWise Digital brand is the de facto standard for QMS excellence.” said Abdullah Othman, Axantia Executive Director Quality. “With TrackWise Digital, we can move to the cloud while simultaneously automating and connecting all of our quality-related processes. Being able to digitize our QMS and enable access from anywhere at any-time via mobile devices has been critical in ensuring business continuity in the current pandemic climate.”

TrackWise Digital will support Axantia’s digital transformation initiative through integration with their ERP, LIMS and Asset Management systems. This will streamline business critical processes and enable greater operational agility as they expand their business.

“For high growth generic pharmaceutical manufacturers like Axantia, who are committed to quality products and patient safety, selecting the right QMS is a mission critical decision.” Said Stephen McCarthy, Sparta Vice President of Digital Innovation. “With TrackWise Digital, Axantia has a future-proofed QMS platform that will deliver new levels of operational efficiency, supporting their quality and compliance needs today and tomorrow, as they expand their business globally.”
