Required Skills:
Working closely with our team of developers and QA analysts, you will understand and anticipate the infrastructure needs of our Agile SDLC development and QA processes. This is a hands-on highly technical role leading R&D projects and teams to the successful delivery of projects by planning, coordinating and leading activities.
  • Expertise in Cloud DevOps; 5+ years in Cloud DevOps and SaaS applications with overall 8+ years related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS automation services – CloudFormation templates, Terraform
  • Experience building or understanding Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services or equivalent.
  • Strong background in Linux, preferably with Red Hat / CentOS
  • Monitoring of cloud infrastructure components and services to ensure the availability of cloud services for the consumers is essential to this role

  • B.S. Engineering or another related discipline, or equivalent appropriate work experience
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
  • Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef or equivalent
  • A solid understanding of an interpreted language such as Python, Perl, and/or Ruby
  • Experience with SQL and MySQL
  • Understanding of JVM
  • Developing and implementing measures to ensure high availability for related systems
  • Fully documenting and standardizing operational procedures with appropriate controls to ensure operational stability; and facilitate infrastructure activities in support of ongoing release and deployment projects
  • Exercises judgment in planning and organizing work; monitors performance and reports status. Prepares integration plans
  • Prepares activity and progress reports for server utilization
  • Overall experience in the range of 8+ years with at least 4 years of experience in a large-scale SaaS platform support, focused on Site Reliability / DevOps / Development or QA
  • Hands-on experience AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python, ELK stack, Datadog
  • Expertise in workflow/pipeline automation leveraging Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows
  • Multi-disciplined professional with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in, and passion for, leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving organizational change
  • Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects on time
  • Demonstrated professional writing/communication skills
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and management skills
  • Passionate about the digital landscape with a desire for continuous learning and development
  • Team player that can work with diverse groups across an organization
  • Extensive experience of Cloud administration is a must. Experience of working in a virtualized environment is a plus.
  • Experience working as part of a team to provide the optimal solution for both business needs and project standards
  • Flexible to work in shifts. Participation in an on-call rotation and operate effectively in a global 24x7 environment 
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed including being available for off hours production support
