Sparta is seeking a Director / VP of Delivery Services to implement the global strategy and manage the overall performance of people and processes to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by increasing their Time to Value (TTV). This experienced individual will provide consultative leadership and management by guiding team members and customers (in-person or virtual) during critical phases of the Trackwise Digital (SaaS / Salesforce) implementation.

Required skills:

  • Liaise with other members of the management team to implement the Professional Services corporate strategy.
  • Manage Sparta’s Delivery Organization and own revenue and P&L responsibility for this rapidly growing business.  
  • Responsible for global delivery services and client satisfaction, thought leadership and team-building.  
  • Develop and execute business strategies building upon successful and referenceable client implementation experiences.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients an in-depth understanding of the client business needs to position Sparta as a key decision-making partner.  
  • Develop and offer services that reflect an understanding of a client’s unique business needs and offer solutions that are measurable.  
  • Provide thought leadership to deepen and expand the company delivery offerings and client solutions. 
  • Work closely with members of management to support strategic and tactical plans to meet revenue goals. 
  • Effectively build and manage mid-level to senior delivery consultants.    
  • Establish goals objectives, measurable goals and performance standards to ensure effective client satisfaction.   
  • Champion the development of best practices and programs encouraging the best of the best mindset.
  • Drive implementation partner strategy for company.

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Professional Delivery Services (not custom staff augmentation)
  • 7 Years’ experience with consulting in a SaaS environment; Salesforce experience ideal
  • 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • 5 years’ experience in a global leadership role
  • Demonstrated leadership, executive presence and credibility required
  • Travel to customer sites as required – 25%
  • As this position is global, location is not a primary factor.
