Lesley Harris leads the Global Service Delivery and Support organization for Sparta Systems.  She is responsible for professional services, including program management and delivery, as well as customer success, technical support centers and training. 

Harris is a results-driven, operations executive with a demonstrated history of delivering complex system implementations and leading globally dispersed customer support organizations.  She is an energetic leader who motivates teams to drive operational efficiencies, grow service-generated revenue and improve customer satisfaction in order to deliver incremental value to the business. 

Prior to joining Sparta in October 2018, Lesley held multiple delivery and services leadership roles at Sabre in both the Hospitality and Airline Services business units.  During her tenure she accomplished multiple large-scale, complex software implementations capitalizing on best-in-class service and delivery capabilities while continuing to drive operating model process improvements.

Lesley Harris earned her MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA in International Studies from Miami University in Ohio.  Lesley also studied internationally at Kansai University of Foreign Studies in Japan.
