Vice President, Customer Success
Josh serves as Vice President of Customer Success. The Sparta Customer Success organization is responsible for helping customers realize the value of Sparta subscription based products and services to achieve desired business outcomes. Josh and his organization partner with Sales, Services & Support, and Product to create an outstanding customer experience from onboarding to renewal. This includes representing the voice of the customer within Sparta to inform product strategy.
Josh has built his career on being a passionate advocate for customers, helping them achieve ambitious and meaningful goals. Prior to joining Sparta Systems, Josh was Regional Vice President of Customer Success for Life Sciences at Model N. Prior to Model N, Josh served as Vice President Operations and, ultimately, President of Phoenix Container, a position he held until he finalized the sale of the company to BWAY Corporation. Josh began his career at Accenture where he served as a Senior Manager in the firm’s Communications, Technology Architecture group.
Josh holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Washington and Lee University.
