The Stratas Supplier Collaboration solution starts with configurable, best practice supplier quality management processes in TrackWise EQMS, such as Non-Conformances, Audit Management, Change Management, Complaints, and Supplier Corrective Actions. As each internal process reaches the point in the workflow in TrackWise where a supplier response, investigation, data or documents are needed, the task is extended out to suppliers for input through Stratas Supplier Collaboration’s secure web page. This multi-tenant portal is built with a simple, intuitive user experience and is provided to suppliers through an easy registration and supplier onboarding process. As suppliers complete each quality task, Stratas Supplier Collaboration hands the workflow back to TrackWise, aggregating quality data in one place.
Suppliers can easily keep track of what quality tasks and inquiries are due via the web-based portal. In addition, a set of charts are available to the supplier to provide a visual representation of supplier performance, including average cycle time, on-time performance and total quality processes by month.
And with the advanced reporting and analysis capabilities of TrackWise QualityView, TrackWise organizations are able to better understand and gain insights from analyzing supplier performance history through advanced reports such as heat maps, risk profiling and supplier scorecards.
