    Course Description:

    The Introduction to TrackWise course is designed to provide a thorough overview and a basic understanding of TrackWise as an event management and action resolution tool. It is meant for users who have no previous TrackWise experience. Course curriculum provides an explanation of the TrackWise architecture, its components, including Admin Configuration Tools, the TrackWise Integration Manager, TrackWise Web TeamAccess™, and the benefits and usage of TrackWise tools such as Configuration Migrator, EDMS/ECM Connector and the TrackWise Audit Manager®. This course also includes “hands-on” exploration of TeamAccess, explaining system functionality and capabilities. Also included will be a discussion and understanding of on-site professional services with the focus on how to best prepare for a successful implementation of your projects.
