Vice President, Global Sales Operations
Joe Humm leads the Global Sales Operations team. Joe has a wealth of experience in the CPG industry; in enterprise solution value messaging and sales processes; and in important technology trends such as Big Data, Analytics and SaaS. Prior to joining Sparta Systems, Joe spent four years at IRI, where he was instrumental in the build-out of a sales capability focused on IRI’s advanced technology offerings to leading CPG companies. Joe was also responsible for the on-time and successful delivery of IRI’s growth solutions, as the executive in charge of a 70-person Professional Services team. Joe’s team successfully delivered enterprise solutions to numerous CPG manufacturers and in the process developed a repeatable and scalable implementation methodology. Joe began his career with Accenture, spending significant time in their Business Process Outsourcing unit where as the Engineering/Development lead, he applied Accenture’s Delivery Methodologies to develop Avaya University (an Enterprise Learning Outsourcing solution used for all Avaya customers, business partners and employees). Joe holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
