Priyantha Rathnayake serves as Vice President of Global
Support. In this role, Pri is responsible for the Global Support operations in
North America, Europe and the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Alongside his deep experience leading
global support functions in highly regulated verticals, Pri brings expert level
experience in a broad portfolio of enterprise software related technologies and
joining Sparta Systems, Pri was Director of Customer Support at Fujifilm
Medical Systems USA where he was responsible for providing superior real-time
customer support to a global customer base. Previously, Pri spent 12
years leading support groups for several divisions of McKesson Corporation
where he led teams based in USA, Canada and Israel and made significant
improvements in operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction ratings.
Pri holds a
BS degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He
is also Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified, PMI-PMP® certified with advanced
program management and governance expertise, and has achieved Certified Support
Manager status in the Service Capability & Performance (SCP) standards.
