Bruce Kratz serves as Vice President of Product Development. Bruce brings to this role over 20 years of enterprise software experience building and scaling engineering teams to meet long-term growth strategies. His most recent position was Director of Development at IBM responsible for the Data Governance portfolio. Mr. Kratz joined IBM as the result of its acquisition of Princeton Softech. During his tenure he led the rollout of a fully integrated development infrastructure, managed several product development teams spanning multiple IBM global labs, and was responsible for developing the product business plans for a portfolio of over 300 IBM products which experienced over 400% revenue growth since the acquisition. Mr. Kratz was selected to represent IBM in special assignments including the evaluation of acquisition targets as well as an international assignment in China where he served as quality and engineering transformation expert advising one of IBM’s largest customers in the region. Prior to IBM, Mr. Kratz held leadership positions at multiple start-ups as well as at Hewlett-Packard where he served as Lab Director for a 400 person HP Lab. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kratz also founded and grew a software consulting company. Mr. Kratz holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Monmouth University. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
