Mr. Gurman’s responsibilities at Sparta Systems involve managing all aspects of research, product development and quality assurance for the TrackWise product. Additionally, Mr. Gurman is the focal point for strategic partnerships that, along with TrackWise, deliver business value to the customer.
Mr. Gurman has over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology field specializing in product development, project management, enterprise architecture and software methodologies. Nine years were spent at IBM Global Services where Mr. Gurman managed high performance, globally sourced software delivery teams responsible for enterprise-wide business applications. Prior to working at IBM, Mr. Gurman worked eleven years at AT&T and AT&T Bell Labs where he managed delivery teams responsible for mission critical applications. Additionally, he directed enterprise architecture efforts defining the end-to-end infrastructure roadmap that supported AT&T Business Services.
Mr. Gurman holds an M.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Economics from Polytechnic University and a B.S in Computer Science from Brooklyn College.
