Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Innovation, you'll be managing the business relationship with Salesforce.com as well as a focused set of existing strategic System Integrators (SI’s). This individual will collaborate with regional Sales leaders to drive revenue goals in their region by leveraging SI's. Working cross-functionally with all levels of the Sales, Business Development, PreSales, Enablement and Marketing teams, the Director will ensure consistent co-marketing, lead generation, communications and opportunity identification and deal closure with these partners. Serve as liaison and global overlay between the SI's and the overall partner organization. Track record of revenue quota achievement with partners.

Required skills:

  • Prior experience managing Global System Integrators (GSI) in an enterprise software company.
  • Prior experience of Salesforce.com.
  • Must have prior direct working experience with the System Integrator communities: Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro and others
  • Minimum 15 years successful channel experience for enterprise software and solutions
  • Current relationships with partners specializing in cloud application creation/migration, digital transformations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high growth technology company

Preferred Skills:
  • Willing and able to travel, as required - 50%+
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively at all levels: executive, sales and technical
  • Ability to work with large, multi-dimensional, complex global partners
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Motivated, self-disciplined, and results oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Technical Bachelor degree plus advanced degree preferred
  • Location: North America. New Jersey/New York/Philadelphia or Dallas preferred, can be remote
