As a Senior Salesforce Administrator for Sparta Systems, the ideal candidate will establish the foundation of a Corporate Applications team. This team will be dedicated to Sparta Systems CRM implementation ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of our system based on the various user group needs. In this role, the candidate serves as a technical project leader that configures highly valued and maintainable solutions on the platform. In addition, the candidate will maintain integration of various business systems for our environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detailed oriented and haves an excellent problem-solving ability. The candidate will deal with and take responsibility for finding a solution to ambiguous and complex problems. Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expense reimbursement to assist in relocation may be available to Hamilton, NJ (central NJ)
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a administrator, and extensive implementation experience with concentration in Sales Operations, understanding sales processes, and supporting the needs of a sales organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field, from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and some understanding of tools in Sales cloud.
  • Experience performing administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features. Ability and experience completing regular internal system audits and prepareing for an upgrades
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating new reporting capabilities and able to respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed
  • Able to effectively and clearly communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation

  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
  • Demonstrated ability to work with end users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on Salesforce usage
  • History and experience assisting senior development staff with selection and/or creation of tools for design, modeling, programming, debugging, testing, diagnostics, monitoring, profiling, operations, logging, reporting, security checking, or analysis.
  • Demonstrated history and process for keeping up on industry trends and current technological standards, languages, coding techniques, utilities, and operational considerations.
